As a lifelong resident of East Texas, Chuck uses his experience to help pass legislation important to rural communities. “One-size fits all” solutions that overlook small towns and rural areas have increased as the populations of Texas’ largest metropolitan areas have swelled. Chuck has devoted himself to providing East Texans with a voice in the Texas Legislature and championing the East Texas ideal that local control works best.
